Breath work, mindfulness, meditation, prayer, serving and yoga are research-based tools and practices to reduce stress and improve overall physical, mental and relational health and wellness ... all within a community of unlimited welcome and unconditional love.

Research out of Duke University, Harvard University, University of Massachusetts, the University of Exeter Medical School in England, and the Lund University in Sweden points to decreased stress levels, better mental health and the boosting of immune functions for those who engage in these types of activities.

This Hatha Yoga class will include postures, breath work and meditation with a focus on mindful awareness through postures, breath-work and meditation. Mindful Hatha Yoga is clinically recognized in improving overall health and wellness. The class will benefit beginners and advanced yoga practitioners with a specific focus on mindful awareness of the body and breath integrated as a moving meditation. All people are welcome without discrimination.
